Given its third reading;
MOTION BY ALDERMAN COOKSON TO AMEND O-17-035 IN ITS ENTIRETY BY REPLACING IT WITH
THE GOLDEN ROD COPY PROVIDED WITH THE AGENDA
ON THE QUESTION
Alderman Cookson
The amendment basically is identifying the three values in the three years that we have to meet the full $500.
So in the first year it will be $165; year two is going to be $330; and year three will be the $500. | also received
information from Corporation Counsel this afternoon indicating that the Governor had signed Senate Bill 80 on
June 8". That will be the effective date.
