RESOLUTION

AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF UP TO TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS
($10,000) FROM THE CONSERVATION FUND ON CONSULTING SERVICES WITH
THE NASHUA REGIONAL PLANNING COMMISSION

CITY OF NASHUA

In the Year Two Thousand and Twenty

RESOLVED by the Board of Aldermen of the City of Nashua that the Mayor is
authorized to expend up to $10,000 from the Nashua Conservation Fund (Fund #4080) on
consulting services with the Nashua Regional Planning Commission to assist in completing

stewardship plans and various other work in accordance with the Conservation Commission’s
duties per RSA 36-A.
