RESOLUTION R-17-122

Three (3) members shall be representatives of the Downtown Improvement Committee
who shall be appointed by a vote of a majority of the Committee. Three (3) members
shall be from the Board of Aldermen, whose term shall be concurrent with the alderman's
term of office, and who shall be appointed by the president of the board of aldermen.

(c) The appointed members shall serve at the pleasure of the appointing authority and
until the committee has executed its charge as articulated in the aforementioned recitals
and in paragraph (“a”). Upon completion of its duties, the committee shall disband. The
committee shall elect a chairperson by majority vote and adopt by-laws as necessary to
regulate its affairs.
