Subject: Grayshift, LLC — Graykey license — extract data from cell phones

The Nashua Police Department recommends renewing the maintenance with Grayshift
for the data extraction from locked mobile devices for forensic investigations. The
software has been beneficial to access digital evidence during investigations of child
sexual abuse, homicides, overdose deaths, missing person and domestic violence.
Funding is available in the department's software maintenance budget for this purpose
as well as a portion from the forfeiture account.
