approval request:
Item: License for Graykey software that extracts data from locked mobile devices for
forensic investigations

Source Fund: 54407 Software Maintenance
Ordinance: Pursuant to § 5-84 Special purchase procedures. A/(5) Purchases from a sole
manufacturer, where it is determined to be more efficient and economical to
reduce costs of maintenance of additional repair parts, supplies or services.
The Nashua Police Department, and the Purchasing Department respectfully request your approval of this
