B2.7 Provide written recommendations and evaluations of the three lowest general bidders. Include
whether or not the bidders have the skill, ability and integrity to perform the work required for the Project
based on a determination of competent workmanship and financial soundness. Provide a written
recommendation to award the construction contract to the lowest responsible and eligible general bidder.
Deliverables: | One (1) copy of Responses to Bidders’ Questions, Addenda, Bid Tabulations, Meeting
Minutes and Recommendation to Award.
