Please review and complete the following checklist prior to service. This checklist is required to be completed
and returned fifteen (15) days prior to technician’s arrival to assist in not delaying service and incurring
additional charges or associated fees.

o06Ug Equipment tool kit is complete and available at the compressor (s) for disassembly and reassembly.
Inventory your tool kit, reference the O&M manual for a complete listing of these special tools with
illustrations. If you do not have an Equipment tool kit, please let us know.
o06Ug At-least one local helper will be available to assist field service personnel with service work.
DU Inlet filter system and sound enclosure (if applicable) will be removed prior to arrival of BCV personnel. If not
removed additional labor time could apply
