¢ House Bill 315 —protecting & expanding Community Power authorities
¢ Senate Bill 91— opening the market for Community Power to buy from in-state generators
and battery storage (under 5 megawatts)
2. Advancing on major regulatory issues:
¢ Community Power administrative rule drafting (at Public Utility Commission's request)
¢ Statewide Energy Data Platform (settlement agreement reached with Eversource, Unitil &
Liberty Utilities & submitted to Public Utility Commission last week)

4. Briefing interested communities on Community Power and how to join the Coalition
5. Approving the Coalition's “Joint Powers Agreement” (so we can form the new agency)

6. All members have established Community Power Committees & are drafting Community
Power Plans (along with a template for new members to begin using)
