Mr. Gregory E. Pearsall has technical experience in the following areas:

REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE

Mr. Pearsall has conducted inspections and maintenance on USTs and petroleum storage/distribution
facilities throughout the northeastern United States. He has also performed numerous soil and
groundwater monitoring and sampling events, as well as surface water and air monitoring.

Mr. Pearsall has sampled monitoring wells using EPA low-flow techniques at the IBM facility in
Burlington, Vermont and the wastewater treatment facility on Nut Island in Massachusetts.

Greg has installed, developed and sampled monitoring wells at both the Mr. Pearsall facility in
Sanbornville, New Hampshire and the Gene’s Garage property in Clinton, Massachusetts.

Mr. Pearsall has used the bailer method to sample monitoring wells along the railroad in
Somerville, Massachusetts for the Green Line Extension project.

Mr. Pearsall has conducted geotechnical drilling oversight and soil sampling for proposed energy
storage facilities in Martha’s Vineyard and Provincetown, Massachusetts.

Mr. Pearsall has collected environmental and geotechnical soil samples at the Grand Manor
Condominium facility in Lowell, Massachusetts.

Mr. Pearsall has collected soil samples along the proposed Lawrence Rail Trail in Lawrence,
Massachusetts.

Mr. Pearsall has monitored ambient air mercury levels at the Schiller Power Plant in Portsmouth
New Hampshire during the demolition of the previous mercury boilers.
