ANALYSIS
This resolution authorizes the City to participate in the Delivery System Reform Incentive
Payment (DSRIP) Program. Southern NH Health Systems has an August 15, 2016 deadline to
apply for the Medicaid Waiver Funds to the New Hampshire Governor and Executive Council.
The City must approve its participation prior to the August 15™ deadline to be included as an
IDN partner.
