Good evening Madam Chair and members of the committee. This is for the annual renewal of our legacy admin. system.
The city has been working for a number of years to migrate away from this system. As many of you know, we moved a
number of our assessing functions off of this to the new AP5 system. The remaining processes that we have on this
software is the wastewater billing and we are presently working. We have a team of IT working with our Treasurer and
Tax Department to move that to Munis. That will be the last process that we will have on this software so we see no need
to renew for Fiscal 2023 but we will need to renew for Fiscal 2022.
