Project Assignment: Project Engineer

Experience Summary

Mr. Patrick is a project engineer in the Andover, Massachusetts, office with
experience primarily in wastewater infrastructure projects. His responsibilities
include evaluation of existing infrastructure; analysis and design of wastewater
collection and treatment facilities; evaluation of design alternatives; cost estimating;
preparation of design plans and specifications; coordination with regulatory agencies
and subcontractors; and construction administration services.

Re le vant Project Experience

Screening Facility Upgrade, Devens MA

Project engineer for the preliminary and final design of an approximately $2.5M
improvement project at the existing wastewater treatment plant. This project
includes the installation of a new mechanical bar screen, wash press, and screenings
discharge structure. Project responsibilities include the development of technical
memorandum, cost estimation, building systems coordination, development of the
plans and specifications, and coordination with funding agencies.

Solids Handling Master Plan, Burlimgton VT

Project Engineer for the evaluation of the City of Burlington’s solids handling
capabilities. This plan includes the capital cost, lifecycles cost, feasibility of various
combinations of thickening, dewatering, and drying processes at each of the City’s
three wastewater treatment facilities.

Waste water Treatment Plant Upgmde Phase 1, Hampton NH

Project engineer for the preliminary and final design of an approximately $10M
improvement project at the existing wastewater treatment plant. Project
responsibilities include design efforts, cost estimation, building systems
coordination, development of the plans and specifications, and coordination with
funding agencies. Major unit process responsibilities include influent pump station,
plant water system, aeration system, blended sludge pumping, and grit removal and
treatment.

Waste water Teatment Fvcility Upgrade Phase 1, White field NH

Project Engineer for the design of an approximately $8M new Sequencing Batch
Reactor (SBR) WWTF to replace an existing lagoon treatment system.
Responsibilities included development of plant hydraulics, evaluation of sludge
dewatering and disposal alternatives, future sludge disposal evaluation and
coordination, and SBR bid evaluation.
