MOTION BY ALDERMAN HARRIOTT-GATHRIGHT TO ACCEPT, PLACE ON FILE, AND APPROVE THE
RENEWAL OF THE HUMANE SOCIETY CONTRACT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2022 IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO
EXCEED $99,081. FUNDING WILL BE THROUGH DEPARTMENT: 109 CIVIC AND COMMUNITY
ACTIVITIES; FUND 56214 HUMANE SOCIETY — ANIMAL CONTROL
