and one (1) pdf file shall be submitted per month from receipt of first Subcontractor transmittal.
Consultant shall deliver final prioritized spreadsheet and map.
TASK C2 — Stormwater GIS Edits and Updates
Consultant shall provide support for improving and updating the City’s GIS database. The updates shall be based
on the storm drainage system inspections which may yield variances from existing data in the GIS database. This
work shall include catch basin laterals as identified through the pipe inspections. The Consultant shall work with
the City’s GIS coordinator to coordinate updates. The work shall include periodic submittals to the City’s GIS
coordinator outlining recommended modifications to the GIS. The Consultant shall document the GIS database
changes in Excel tables. Any additional effort required beyond the amount budgeted shall require additional
budget to be negotiated between the City and the Consultant.

TASK C3 — Headwall Inspections
Inspection of headwalls shall be performed to document their existing conditions. The consultant shall identify
existing conditions of the structures and provide general recommendations.
C3.1 ‘Inspections
The Consultant shall engage the services of a subcontractor to conduct inspections of headwalls to
document their existing conditions. The Subcontractor shall perform inspections of all headwalls
accessed during the CCTV inspections of culverts and others as directed. The subcontractor shall
perform inspection of approximately 50 headwalls in the first year and 50 headwalls in the second year
for a total of approximately 100 headwalls. Inspections shall include photographs of the structures
including headwalls, wingwalls and aprons, documentation of construction material, signs of
deterioration, evidence of scour, evidence of movement, obstruction, and proximity to roadway.
C3.2. Technical Memorandum
Based on the abovementioned inspection the Consultant shall prepare and submit a Technical
Memorandum (TM). The TM shall include inspection findings and include annotated digital photographs
and general recommendations. Recommendations may include the need for testing and structural
inspection.
Electronic versions (PDF and Word format) of the Draft TM shall be submitted to the City for review and
comment. Following the City’s review of the Draft TM, Consultant shall incorporate the City’s comments,
and submit a Final TM.
Deliverables: Inspection Reports from Subcontractor. Electronic (PDF and editable word) versions of
Draft and Final TM, and five (5) hard copies of Final TM.
