TASK B1 — Collection System Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Plan Update
The Consultant shall assist the City with annual updates to the Collection System O&M Plan. This document,
developed in 2020, is a “living” document to be used by City employees and should be updated annually or
whenever significant changes occur. This task shall also include the creation and/or update of up to ten (10)
standard operating procedures (SOPs). Components of the O&M Plan to be updated annually include:

Deliverables: | Electronic (PDF and editable word) versions of Draft and Final O&M Plan Update
(including SOPs), and five (5) hard copies of Final O&M Plan Update for the City and distribution to EPA
and NHDES. Hard copies shall be distributed in a 3-ring binder for ease of document replacement for
annual updates.
