And the CONTRACTOR: Electric Light Company, Inc.

Cape Neddick, ME 03902
and its successors, transferees and assignees
(together “CONTRACTOR’)
For the following Project:
VIDEO DETECTION SYSTEM
DANIEL WEBSTER HIGHWAY LOCATIONS
ARTICLE 1 — THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS
The CONTRACTOR shall complete the work described in the Contract Documents for this project.
The documents consist of:
1. This Agreement signed by the OWNER and CONTRACTOR, including the General Terms and
Conditions;
2. Quotations -
“* Autumn Leaf Drive @ DW HWY dated June 11, 2021 ;
“+ Circumferential / Tulleys @ DW HWY dated June 11,2021;
“* Graham Drive @ DW HWY dated June 11, 2021;
** Costco / Pheasant Lane Mall @ DW HWY dated June 11, 2021; and
** Dan Chan Street @ DW HWY dated June 11, 2021
3. Insurance Certificate;
4. Written change orders for minor changes in the Work issued after execution of this
Agreement; and
5. Fully Executed OWNER Purchase Order
