PROPOSAL PRICING
INSTRUCTIONS FOR “PROPOSAL COSTS” SUBMITTALS:
Provide Lump Pricing for each Task below
TASK 1 - EXISTING CONDITIONS LUMP SUM PRICE $ |5;-000- 00
© TASK 1.1: Work with City to download applicable GIS information and develop a base map for the
site - no new survey work is included at this time. The final base plan should include available
resource area information and required setbacks;
* TASK 1.2: Review existing information from the City on existing conditions (e.g. old geotechnical
reports, old construction documents, etc.); and
* TASK 1,3: Geotechnical Explorations: 2 days of geoprobes across site (approximately 18 probes)
with report on findings and general recommendations/challenges for the project elements.
TASK 2 — CONCEPTUAL OPTION DEVELOPMENT LUMP SUM PRICE g 5,000. 00
* TASK 2.1: Meeting #1: Kick-off / Programming meeting with City; provide meeting notes to entire
Project team;
* TASK 2.2: Develop three (3) layout and general grading options for site as well as consideration of
construction access to the site; provide a summary of benefits and challenges for each option (should
include permitting and construction considerations); and
¢ TASK 2.3: Meeting #2: Meet with City to review and discuss options and potential project phasing
(example, lights at a later time, one field first, add another later, etc.).
TASK 3 - PREFERRED OPTION LUMP SUM PRICE B 3, S00. 00
ASK 3.1: Develop preferred option based on meeting discussion;
TASK 3.2: Develop cost estimate of preferred option and consider project phasing based on meeting
discussion;
TASK 3.3: Meeting #3: Meet with the City to review Preferred Option, Estimate, and Phasing; provide
meeting notes to entire Project team; and
TASK 3.4: Refine Option, Estimate, and Phasing as needed.
TASK 4 -PROJECT MEMORANDUM LUMP SUM PRICE f£ a, 400.00
* TASK 4,1: Provide a 2D rendering of the proposed project; and
* TASK 4,2: Provide a Project Study Graphic Memorandum outlining process, findings, and results;
deliver electronically to the City
