construction access and routes to determine the allowable load capacity for the access
bridge. If needed, we will evaluate any other accessible routes.
Presentation Meeting:
We will meet with the group to present the various alternatives, discuss the advantages
and disadvantages of each alternative and associated permitting implications, present the
construction cost estimates, and discuss the construction requirements. We will work with
the team to build a consensus for a particular option or combinations thereof.
Task 3 — Preferred Option
Selection Option Development:
Based on review comments of the various schematic layout options presented above, we
will produce a final concept layout alternative and present our analysis, findings, and
conclusions to support why it represents the best use of the parcel and funding available.
The most successful aspects of the various layout alternatives will be combined to produce
a facility that best fits the site, budget and available physical resources.
Updated Cost Estimate:
We will update the cost estimate to reflect any modifications through the review process.
Furthermore, the updated estimate will reflect any phasing requirements.
Quality Assurance and Quality Control:
Arsen Hambardzumian, will meet with the City and review the approved schematic, notes and
project approach moving forward. All ambiguities, inconsistences in community input will be
reviewed and addressed prior to moving forward. This will eliminate confusion during the next
stages and insure a smooth transition to the next Task.
Presentation Meeting:
We will meet with working group to present the final product and solicit any further input.
We will then refine the option as necessary prior to generating final graphics.
Task 4 — Project Memorandum
Project Narrative:
Nesra will compile a comprehensive report with our findings, analysis, design, estimates
and recommendations. The report will detail the results of the soil investigation, permitting
requirements, construction phasing strategies and timelines.
