completion. Arsen Hambardzumian, P.E. is the direct contact for the company and prides

e Conducting field investigation and geotechnical exploration
e Preparing comprehensive report/plans for the existing conditions
e Developing multiple design alternatives
e Developing cost estimates for each alternative
e Developing a detailed narrative for advantages and disadvantages of each
alternative
e Discuss permitting and construction requirements/considerations
e Conducting meetings and outreach (if desired)
e Soliciting input and making modifications
e Developing the selected alternative
e Providing updated cost estimate for the selected alternative
e Developing a phasing plan as needed
e Detailing the required permitting based on findings
e Preparing 2D and 3D rendering
e Providing project study narrative and graphics
e Final presentation
