¢ Coordinated with the sub-contractors in supervising site work and documenting project
schedules, change-orders, submittals, budgets, and submit RFI’s for approval for three
chapter 90 projects.
¢ Conducted site inspections and prepared daily progress reports for three Chapter 90
projects to ensure quality control, OSHA compliance and adherence to specifications.
¢ Managed a five-person crew to ensure the successful installation of a catch basin and
drainpipes.
e Performed street inspections and developed existing condition maps using ArcGIS and
formulated a 5-year action plan to prioritize street rehabilitation work.

Alternative Project Delivery Systems - Tappan Zee Bridge, NY

e Prepared a comprehensive analysis of ‘Design Build’ in comparison to other project delivery
methods available to the stakeholders of this $5 Bn project.
¢ Developed alternatives to prevent budget and schedule overruns by studying the Cost
Estimation and Scheduling at the planning stage & evaluated employed strategies of
financing, repayment and procurement of Contractors. Project Management Plan to support
technical RFP- Boston City Hall Renovations, Boston, MA Spring 2018
¢ Defined the scope of services to be provided by the Owner’s Project Manager for this $78
Mh project and formulated the roles and responsibilities of different contractors and sub-
contractors using a Responsibility matrix.
¢ Developed Cost Management Plan and Cost Control Plan for the entire project and created
the Work Breakdown Structures for different phases of construction, along with estimated
budget and timeline for each milestone task.
