Overview
As Project Manager for Nesra Engineering, LLC., | have extensive experience overseeing construction of
private and public projects including Parks, Playgrounds, Athletic Facilities and Plazas for clients in the
public sector. Responsibilities included observation and documentation of daily ongoing construction to
monitor job progress, ensure compliance with project plans and specifications, schedule and coordinate
all onsite testing with designer, general contractor and project manager. Responsible for preparing
daily construction logs which include information regarding work performed, equipment used,
available work force, material delivered, tasks completed etc. Responsible for relaying requests for
clarification to project engineer and manager and providing direction back to contractor.

e Henry Whittemore Elementary School, Waltham, MA —Project consisted of a new synthetic
turf athletic field, basketball/futsal/roller rink, playground and site improvements. The
athletic field included a Brock Pad shock absorption system as well as alternative infill. The
facility is designed in full compliance with eth Americans with Disabilities Act.
e Staff Sergeant Herman A Day Park — Project consisted of multiple playgrounds, splash park,
cross fit exercise area, dog park, parking lot, multiple formalized ADA accessible park
entrances, ADA connectivity throughout the park, plantings, hardscape improvements, video
monitoring service, wifi connectivity etc.
e Swan Street Park (PH | and Il) — Project consisted of playgrounds, splash park, synthetic turf
field, natural turf softball field, ice skating rink (turf field conversion in winter time) ADA
accessibility throughout, perimeter waking areas, dog park, streetscape improvements,
lighting, interactive play structures, site furniture etc.
e The Meadows Park (PH | and II) — Project consisted of multiple playgrounds, splash park,
natural turf athletic field, dog park, basketball courts, seating areas, arbors, hardscapes
improvements, landscaped islands, park monuments, picnic area with chess and checkers
tables, flag poles, up lighting etc.
e Sacramone Park, Everett, MA-— Project consisted of synthetic turf little league fields with a
multipurpose outfield, basketball court, field house, playgrounds and splash park. Additional
site features included athletic and pedestrian lighting, security cameras connected wirelessly
to the local police station, public wifi, seating, seating plaza, landscaped islands, formalized
park entrances, etc. Park includes two ADA complaint formalized entrances, full ADA
accessibility thought, including ADA compliant play structures, picnic tables, spectator
seating, water fountains, restrooms and concessions building and more. Worked with
Licensed Soil Professional to ensure the soil was tested and removed properly and the site
was capped in accordance with permitting requirements.
e Glendale Park, Everett, MA — Project consisted of a baseball field, two softball field,
multipurpose rectangular field, perimeter walkways, two playgrounds, picnic area, seat
