master planning services, permitting and regulatory assistance, consulting and peer review services, total
station laser surveying, and line striping layout. (City Funded; Cost 4M)

® North Attleboro High School Track, North Attleboro, MA: Nesra worked closely with the town of North
Attleborough to offer engineering services related to their 6 lane running track. Nesra provided 100%
Design, Existing Conditions Mapping, Permitting, Front End & Technical Specifications.

Projects where Nesra was involved with in terms of permitting, perimeter survey control, layout, GPS
optimization, construction layout, testing, environmental monitoring, and as-built documentation services
during the same period include:

® Dracut High School, Dracut, MA: Two synthetic turf fields were completed and Nesra was hired as a 34
party to perform independent Infiltration & Planarity Testing.

® Greater Lawrence Technical High School, Andover, MA: Phases II and Ill: Nesra provided Permitting,
SWPPP & NPDES, Survey, Control, Layout, Planarity and Infiltration Testing, and As-built Documentation.

@ Wayland High School, Wayland, MA: Nesra was hired by Heimlich Construction to provided engineering
services. This project involved a new track, turf field, natural grass field, basketball courts, tennis courts
and parking lot. Nesra performed Permitting, SWPPP & NPDES, Survey, Control, Inspections, Testing and
As-built Documentation Services.

@ Philippelo Park, Watertown, MA: Nesra performed Permitting, Survey, Control, Layout and As-built
Documentation Services for a 3 party.

Nesra has an extensive understanding of how projects are permitted and developed. We communicate with
clients and communities in an engaging manner leading to informed and integrated decisions regarding land
use, economic development, design, mobilities, strategic infrastructures, zoning, and permitting for
municipalities and the private sector across Massachusetts.

Nersa has worked collaboratively with diverse groups, including state and municipal officials, regional
planning and development commissions, developers, financial institutions, special interest groups,
community groups, various review and approval agencies, as well as other civil consultants and engineers.
