Gate City will provide the following electrical lighting task as described below :

Disconnect and remove, to City Provided dumpster on site, all fluorescent light
fixtures located in IT Tech Area, small office along outside wall, Vault, and
Programming open office area
Gate City shall properly dispose of all fluorescent lamps through a recycling
company.
Install a total of twenty nine 2x2 LED flat panel lights after new ceiling grid is
installed. Light fixtures shall be 35 kelvin color temp to match newly renovated
spaces below. All fixtures shall be wired with new 12/2 MC cable and supported
from building structure with #12 jack chain or ceiling tie-wire.
install 3 new LED dimmer switches at left hand side of main entry door, one
dimmer shall control 3 lights along left hand wall, one dimmer shall control 4 light
just above entry door, and one dimmer shall control 6 lights in Tech Area.
install one ceiling mounted occupancy sensor to operate 6 lights above common
corridor area of Tech Area. lights shall be turned off and on automatically
install new dimmer switch in office to control two lights
install one ceiling mounted occupancy sensor in Vault Ceiling to operate two new
Aft surface LED lights and in Programming Area to control eight lights
install surface mounted Wiremold convenience outlet for TV at entry doorway
and one Wiremold box and raceway for Coax cabling by others
Eversource Lighting rebate savings are included in the project cost below
10. payment terms to be 30 days from invoice date
Total Project Cost $9,800.00
