So | just wondered whether, we want to pay them at least the $99,000.00 so | wonder if this could just be
approved and amended but | don’t know what’s better. Thank you.

Well | don’t think it is urgent so | don’t see any problem with holding it and getting an answer to the question
and looking into the issue.

So if we were going to go on to the next point in the meeting, | did want to ask Director Bagley something
about something else so if she was going to jump off, | wanted to make sure she didn't.

Why don’t we dispose of this item and then why don’t you ask Director Bagley the question you have on your

So | was trying to dig around here, but | thought we had amended the contract back when we did the chicken
ordinance to include chickens and impoundment and | don’t know if someone in, yeah, I’m looking at
September 29" and it has chickens in there. So | just want to make sure that it didn’t get left off.

Well we are going to investigate this and come back to you assuming that the motion to table passes.

Yeah | am looking at it now and it looks like potentially it got dropped off. So whatever discussions need to
happen, then let’s do that and | am for tabling it.
