Order. Now there’s only one item on the Agenda which is to seal the minutes from the October 21%, 2020 non-
public session. The problem was that the motion to seal the minutes was made in non-public session and
should have been made in public session. Now | should have caught that, but it slipped by me. So we needed
to hold this meeting, in this public session to consider the motion to seal the minutes from the non-public
session. Madam Clerk, do you have a motion.

Before that there’s a Communications for you, without objection Mayor Donchess accepts the communication
