Thank you, Mr. Mayor. Just a question about how, well first of all, you know | know it’s very possible that we
will have snowfall soon. And | wonder if they are not able to do the work, then do they just do it later in the
year when they are able to with this contract? Or is it temporal?

This CCTV work is not that temporal, we can do it year round. In fact, they were intown working this week
wrapping up the contract to date. But this can happen year round, you do have clean lines so there’s some
flushing of water or what not. So if it’s cold, it might be a week that they say we’re not going to work this week,
but this pretty much can occur year round.

Isn’t this the work where there’s a large truck in the middle of the road and wouldn’t that obstruct traffic if we
had a lot of snow on either side? But really, | think the question | should have asked, is the price based on the
number of miles of street we do or what is it based upon, just for my own information?

Sure, yeah no that’s a great question. It’s based upon the feet of pipe we inspect so there’s a per foot price,
there’s various prices for the level of cleaning that required; there’s a heavy cleaning, then there’s a normal
cleaning. And then the lining, of course, is sized per size of the price, you know, the bigger the size the higher
the price obviously. So it varied but it is unit priced based contract. It’s not a time based or lump sum or
anything like that.

Thank you Mr. Mayor, | actually just have more of a comment. I’m glad to see that we are doing this especially
in light of the fact that some of these pipes are 100 years old. | just learned today and mine is a water pipe
issue and not a sewer pipe issues, but | just learned today that the water main that goes through my yard for
two streets away was installed in 1881.
