in this first event, you will examine your own management
and leadership traits, styles and effective methods. You will
also examine your thoughts and beliefs about what is
possible for your leadership success.

Specific guest speakers (of community note) will be invited in
for additional perspective and reinforcement of the days’
themes.

Team Development Activities:

High ropes, canoe expedition, or other experiential team
training events will be facilitated to deepen the learning and
build a sense of team, relationship support and group
dynamics.
