Owner/Contractor contract documents (except technical documents) and/or
purchase order, in order to solicit for and enter into a construction contract with a
Contractor or Construction Manager.

Solicit, administer, and award bids for construction implementation of this project.

Provide construction administration and supervisions of Contractor or Construction
Manager.

Obtain federal, state, and local permits and approvals necessary for the
implementation of this work.

Pay permit fee(s} for the new boring plan State Wetlands Permit or any other permit
fees that may be required.

Issues dealing with hazardous materials.
