Prior to final acceptance, any defects that may affect the integrity or strength
of the pipeline is the opinion of the Engineer shall be repaired by the
Contractor at no additional cost to the Owner.
Pipeline shall be true to line and grade, with no visual bulges, sags,
protrusions, deflections, offset joints, leaking joints, or other visible
infiltration, or other defects that would impair the intended use of the
completed pipeline.
Final acceptance of work shall not be granted until all defective areas are
repaired in accordance with the CIPP manufacturer’s recommendations and to
the Engineer’s satisfaction.
Any repairs required by the Engineer as a result of the post construction
internal inspection shall be performed by the Contractor.
Contractor shall perform a post construction internal inspection in accordance
with Section 02760. Final acceptance of the work shall not be granted until
post installation inspection has been reviewed and approved by the Engineer.
Contractor shall perform testing as specified. Final acceptance of the work
shall not be granted until the appropriately formatted testing results have been
reviewed and approved by the Engineer.
