Pursuant to § 5-84 Special purchase procedures A. (3) Purchases which can be procured through
cooperative intergovernmental purchase agreements with other governmental jurisdictions.
The Nashua Police Department and the Purchasing Department recommend the award of this purchase
in the amount of $77,924 from Eagle Point Gun/TJ Morris & Son of Thorofare, NJ.
