purchase is manufactured by only one company.
The Superintendent Wastewater Department, the Board of Public Works (March 28, 2019 meeting) and
the Purchasing Department recommend the award of this purchase in an amount of $29,511 from Hayes
Pump, Inc. of Concord, MA.
