Shop Drawings: Submit manufacturer's or fabricatur's shop drawings, including plans, clevations, sections. and
details, indicating glass dimensions, tolerances, types, thicknesses. and coatines,
Sumples: Submit manufacturer's samples of each type. thickness, and COULing,
Fabricator's Certification: Submit fabricators certification by manulacturer,
Cleantng Instructions: Submit manufacturer's cleaning instructions.
Warranty: Submit manulacturer's standard 10 year warranty for sealed insulating glass units.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
Manufacturer's Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience manufacturing solar control coated glass.
Fabricators Qualittcations:
i. Minimum of 5 years of experience manuthcturing sealed insulating glass units meeting ASTM © 2190.
2. Certified by coated vlass manulicturer.
Mack-Lips:

2. Obtin acceptance of mock-ups by Architect helore proceeding with work.
DELIVERY, STORAGE, AND HANDLING
Delivery:
i. Deliver glass to site in accordance with manufacturer's instructions.
2. Deliver glass in manufacturer's or fabricator’s original containers and packaging. wilh labels clearly
identifving product name and manutacturer.
Storage:
I. Store glass in accordance with manulacturer's instructions,
2. Store glass in clean, dry area indoors,
3. Protect from exposure to direct sunlight and freezing temperatures.
ot. Apply temporary coverings loosely 10 allow adequile ventilation.
3. Provect from contact with corrosive chemicals.
6. Avoid placement of glass edge on concrete, metal, and other hurd objects.
7, Rest glass on clean. cushioned pads at 1/4-points.
Handling:
Handle glass in accordance with manulaelurer's instructions.
Protect glass from damaue during handling and installation.
