[s there any interior trim work, or drywall that needs to be done? Windows appear to be removable
from the outside which you will be able ta see on the tour. Any pre-existing damuge to drywatt will be
repaired by Nashua Police. Any new damage ts the responsibility of the contractor. There is same
daumaxe to drywall from water damage which you can photograph and view on the tour.
Can we tuke pictures of the windows during the tour? Yes
How many sereens? All the replacement windows will come with screens per the bid. The existing
windows will also be fitted with Kawneer screens. There are § large windows and If small windows
that need screens.
What is the completion date? July (20190
When do the bids close? January 3“, 2019
Do any windows require shades? No
De the windows heing replaced pivot? Yes they pivot out.
Do the security screens in the cellblocks stay? Yes
What 1s the work schedule for the pruject? Monday-Friday
