§ 1.2 The Owner and Architect may rely on the Initial Information. Both parties, however, recognize that the Initial
Information may materially change and, in that event, the Owner and the Architect shall appropriately adjust the

§ 2.4 The Architect shall provide professional services as set forth in this Agreement. The Architect will provide all

professional services necessary for the complete design and construction documentation of the Project as required by
