Executive Summary
Yeaton Associates, Inc, was engaged by the City of Nashua to develop the mechanical systems for
the proposed HVAC renovation at the Lake Street Fire Station in Nashua, NH. The two existing air
handler units located in the basement along with their associated condensing units are reaching
end of life and require replacement. The existing domestic water plant is also nearing end of life
and shall be replaced. Lastly the existing DDC BMS system shall be upgraded to meet current
requirements. The goal is to install a cost-effective MEP/FP system while meeting or exceeding the
code and operational requirements of the project.
This narrative presents the mechanical systems for the Lake Street Fire Station.
