Palmer and Sicard is pleases to provide pricing for the Nashua Fire and Rescue Domestic Hot Water and 2VAC
Upgrades as described tn the enclosed Yeaton Associates “Proposed Mechanical” Scope and City of Nashua Invitation
to Bid.

For the total sum of
$299,000.00 (two hundred nine thousand)
Alternate Bid - Same as Bid 1 with an approved Johanson Control equipment substitution
For the Sum of:
$194,000.00 (one hundred ninety four thousand)
‘Removal and proper disposal of exisung Am Handlers, condensers, boiler, and storage tanks
“Provide and Install Boiler, pvo storage tanks, nwo condensers, two air handlers as specified by Yeaton Assocnaics
“Furnish and install of new copper DHW piping, Bailer piping, flue piping balance valves, wolation ball valves as scheduled
“Furnish and install of new gas piping
“Furnish and install of new fittings and valves as necessary for all piping
“Insulation duct, HWS and HWR piping
Provide Sub-Contractors for:
Rigging, Electrical, Controls, Balancing, and General Comiractor (for drywall repairs, painting, concrete and perimeter ait icaks)
Close Out
Drawing as-builts
