Subject: Contract — Patriot Properties, Upgrade of AssessPro CAMA System
The contract with Patriot Properties provides the City of Nashua Assessing department
with an upgrade to its existing AssessPro Classic CAMA system. The current
software, installed in 2004, has not been upgraded prior to this agreement.
| have included the quote, summary of functionality and contract from Patriot
Properties.
This upgrade will bring increased efficiency to the assessing department with the
ability to work in multiple tax years, enhanced grids, improved sort and filter functions,
and an enhanced sales comp module.
The Assessing Department respectfully asks for the approval of the contract with
Patriot Properties, in the amount of $34,750.00.
