and move to .5sec.
e Customer has the unit to try to fix itself 3 times they need to move this to one time.
e The damage done here is because the customer has not done any tensioning of the chains. This could have
been prevented.
e Inaddition, the customer said someone had dumped logs down a manhole. Erwin brought up a point that they
may be able to get this covered under insurance due to this.
