cooperative intergovernmental purchase agreements with other governmental jurisdictions.
The City Engineer, Board of Public Works (July 30, 2019 meeting) and the Purchasing Department
recommend this purchase in an amount of $25,550 to MHQ of Shrewsbury, MA.
