30, 2019 for information related to this purchase.
Pursuant to § 5-84 Special purchase procedures A. (3) Purchases which can be procured through
cooperative intergovernmental purchase agreements with other governmental jurisdictions.
The Superintendent of Street Department, Board of Public Works (July 30, 2019 meeting) and the
Purchasing Department recommend the award of this purchase in an amount of $252,400 to Milton Cat
of Londonderry, NH.
