WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURES
Whereas, all New England Wheels, Inc. ( NEW") manufactored parts and workmanship are
warranted against defective material or workmanship or failure for the pertod ofthree (3) years or
50.000 miles, whichever occurs titst following delivery-to customer, and all other parts are-held to
existing manufacturer's watrantees, the folldwitig procedures inust be adhered to for the aggurance
of proper care and re-irnbursement for warranty claims by NEW customers:
Upon examination, should a defect of failure-of parts or workmanship be found, customer or
dealer's authorized persomnel must contact NEW. by phane-or e-mail for authorizationt6 proceed
with warranty work. Within one business day or sooner, the enstomer or dealer-will recelve an
authorization number ic proceed with the warranty work.
All invoices submitted to New England Wheels, Inc. must reference the authorization number. In
addition, the invoice must contain:

. Name of New England Wheels Dealer or Authorized Repair Facility
. Vehicle identification Number
