The project area includes the 14 Court Street Building, basement lobby, storage, offices and
theatre; first floor lobby, offices and theatre and stair towers.
SCOPE
Project elements
1. Draft Fire Suppression and Alarm System Design Plans
e Prepare a preliminary plan of the fire suppression and alarm system for review with
City team including Building Safety, Facilities and Fire Marshalls Office.
e Plan shall include any and all related construction/rehabilitation required to
complete installation
2. Final Plan
e Prepare Final Plan and applications for building permit
3. Construction through Final Approval
e Removal and re-installation of areas of grid ceiling. Ceiling grid system specifics
and quality to be approved by the City
e Install fire suppression and alarm system, including any related
construction/rehabilitation to building
e Install upgraded interior lighting. Interior lighting fixture specifics and quality to be
approved by the city
e Complete all inspections for project per fire sprinkler permit, building permit and
electrical permit
