Dear Sir or Madame:
If you buy ammunition for your Department, whether you are the Chief or the Sheriff or the
Prosecutor or District Attorney, or the Warden, or the Firearms Instructor, or any other billet, and are
looking for a reliable source and excellent prices, you need to read this. My name is Thomas J. Morris

two years since we last sent out a State Wide flier to New Hampshire as we have the current New
Hampshire State Contract (#8002360) and we already supply most of the Agencies and Departments in

paying. The current Contract expires on 310CT20 BUT there is an extension provision and I have
reason to believe the Manufacturers will agree to do so when asked at the same prices, terms and
conditions.
We have been in business at the same location since 1930 (approximately 89 years) and are located
approximately three miles from downtown Philadelphia as the crow flies on the New Jersey side of the
Delaware River. We have the current New Jersey Contract for Federal, Remington, PMC, and
PolyFrang ammunition, Speedwell paper targets, Remington firearms, Benelli firearms, Walther
firearns, Bushmaster firearms, Heckler & Koch firearms, EOTech, and other items. We have the
current Connecticut State Contract for Federal/CCI/Speer/Remington ammunition, the New York State
Contract for Federal ammunition, the New Hampshire State Contract for Federal and CCU/Speer
ammunition, the Maine State Agreement for Federal and CCUSpeer ammunition, the NYPD Contract
for Federal rifle ammunition, and a lot of other Contracts. We sell Speedwell paper and cardboard
targets, Federal Cartridge ammunition, CCI/Speer ammunition, Hormady ammunition, PMC
ammunition, PolyFrang ammunition, Wolf ammunition (762X39 and 762X54R), Remington
ammunition and firearms and firearms accessories, Benelli firearms, Siz Sauer firearms and
accessories, Walther firearms, Heckier & Koch firearms and accessories, Springfield Armory firearms,
DPMS firearms, Bushmaster firearms, Gransfors Bruks axes, Eagle Industries nylon gun cases,
MACE, EOTech gun sights, Aimpoint gun sights, Surefire lights, Peerless cuffs and irons, Hoppes,

Southern Bloomer gun cleaning supplies, ALS/AMTEC less lethal munitions, solid brass and
brass/plastic dummy training rds., 38 spl./.223/.308/12ga. blanks for canine/equestrian/shoot house
training and burial details, and other items. We also take weapons (new or used, pristine or beat up,
civilian or military, rifles, shotguns, pistols, revolvers, gas guns, flare guns. BATF Form 5 automatic
weapons, swords, bayonets, etc.) in trade for credit against everything that we sell and we also have a
Class III license for NFA automatic weapons. | collect and am always looking for Thompson sub-
machine guns.
All our Federal and CC/Speer ammunition prices listed include the freight, tailgate delivery, for a
drop ship from the respective Manufacturer to your Department location in New Hampshire.
Enclosed with this letter is my current New Hampshire State Contract price list for Federal
Cartridge ammunition and CC/Speer ammunition which we are offering to all Federal Excise Tax
exempt agencies in the State of New Hampshire. Federal agencies, private security agencies, and
private college security/police who are not exempt from the Federal Excise Tax would have to add the
FET back in to the prices (FET-OUT price X 1.11). Again, the prices include the freight,
