Re: Contract for Engineering Services for the Heritage Rail Trail East

MOTION BY ALDERMAN O’BRIEN TO ACCEPT, PLACE ON FILE, AND AUTHORIZE CHANGE ORDER —
AMENDMENT NO. 1 —- TO CMA ENGINEERS FOR UNANTICIPATED SURVEY NEEDS FOR THE NASHUA
HERITAGE RAIL TRAIL EAST PROJECT IN THE AMOUNT OF $9,196

ON THE QUESTION

Sarah Marchant, Division Director

Good evening. Thank you very much. This is a less than $10,000. It actually is just a communications memo
to you. It was a change in survey for the project. It’s unfortunately in an urban environment with 115 abutting
properties. There certainly can be quite a bit of extra research that was found that needed to be done with the
project but we are moving forward and that’s the change.

Mayor Donchess

Any discussion on the change?
