Pursuant to § 5-84 Special purchase procedures A. (3) Purchases which can be procured through
cooperative intergovernmental purchase agreements with other governmental jurisdictions.
The Nashua Police Department and the Purchasing Department recommend the award of the purchase
in the amount of $66,395 from Eagle Point Gun/TJ Morris & Son of Thorofare, NJ.
