Please see the attached communications dated March 30, 2018 from William Mansfield, Radio Systems
Manager, for the information related to these contracts.
Pursuant to § 5-84 Special purchase procedures A. (3) Purchases which can be procured through
cooperative intergovernmental purchase agreements with other governmental jurisdictions.
The Radio Systems Manager and the Purchasing Department recommend awarding this purchase in an
amount of $10,919 to Kohler Co., Kohler Power Systems of Kohler, WI.
