A narrative, addressing the following:

> Plan to meet the requirements of the “Scope of Services”:

» A description of the Materials Recycling Facility, including the type of equipment used,
the number of years of operation, capacity, hours of operation and any scheduled
shutdowns (a tour of the facility for City officials will be arranged at a mutually
convenient time, if possible within two weeks of submittal of the Proposal);

*» Your Company’s plans regarding the status of recycling markets; and

» Any deviation from the specifications, as listed by the City in this RFP
