Provide an elevated antenna mounting location, and adequate feed-line O
routing and support.
Install line (not greater than 100 feet in length) and antenna system A O
(connectors, coax grounding kit, antenna, and surge protection).
Install RF local control stations identified in the equipment list. O
Perform control station programming. O
Deliverable: Control station equipment installation completed.
Functional Acceptance Testing
Verify the operational functionality and features of the solution supplied by QO
Motorola Solutions, as contracted.
Witness the functional testing. O
Document all issues that arise during the acceptance tests. O
If any major task for the system as contractually described fails during the
Customer acceptance testing or beneficial use, repeat that particular task O
after Motorola Solutions determines that corrective action has been taken.
Resolve any minor task failures before Final System Acceptance. O
Document the results of the acceptance tests and present for review. O
Review and approve final acceptance test results. O
Deliverable: Completion of functional testing and approval by Customer.
Finalize Documentation and System: Acceptance
Provide manufacturer's installation material, part list and other related O
material to Customer upon project completion,
Provide an electronic as-built system manual on CD or other Customer
preferred electronic media. The documentation will include the following: ©
Site Block Diagrams. « Site Floor Plans. ¢ Site Equipment Rack
Configurations. * Antenna Network Drawings for RF Sites (where
applicable). * ATP Test Checklists. « Functional Acceptance Test Plan Test O
Sheets and Results. « Equipment Inventory List. * Console Programming
Template (where applicable). * Maintenance Manuals (where applicable). ¢
Technical Service Manuals (where applicable). Drawings will be delivered in
Adobe PDF format.
Receive and approve documentation. O
Execute Final Project Acceptance. VY
Deliverable: All required documents are provided and approved. Final Project Acceptance.
