M.G.L. c.308 applies to the procurement of all cammodities quoted, Greater Boston Police Council contract items have been collectively purchased pursuant to MG. c 308
sec. te and M.G.L. ¢.7 sec. 228. The governmental body is responsible ta determine the applicability of M.G.L. ¢ 308 to off contract Items, including, but not limited to aff
contract items that have already been properly procurad under M.GL. c 308 sec. ic and M.G1. c. 7? sec. 224 {purchases from a vendor on a contract with the
Commonwealth}, ether contracts procured under M.G.L. ¢ 308 sec 1c and M.G_L. ¢.7 sec. 228, ar any M.GL, ¢. 308 contract between ihe vendor and the jurisdiction. All off
contract items must be procured under M.G.L. c. 308.
The terms and conditions stated herein and the provisions of any agreement between MHQ and Guyer, f appkeable, shall constitute the complete and only terms and
conditions applicable to any and all purchases by Buyer fram MNQ. Any additional and/or déHerant terms and/or conditions printed anywhere including on, ar with, Buyer's
order shail be inapplicable in regard to any purchase by Buyer fromm MHQ.
