STEVEN (STEVE) BEDARD

General Superintendent

PROFESSIONAL HIGHLIGHTS

Steve has 37 years experience in construction that he leverages to efficiently manage Charter’s
equipment and field personnel. His expertise in coordinating field resources allows Charter to meet
project demands across the country. Steve develops Charter’s labor force by hiring, training, and
evaluating each field employee. His strong work ethic is evident in the high productivity rate of the

work crews he deploys. From start to finish for each project, he communicates directly with Site
Superintendents to ensure work is being performed with an emphasis on safety, production, and quality.
Steve ensures that his field crews are supported by Charter’s fleet of equipment by managing inventory,
maintenance, and warehouse supplies. Steve serves as Charter’s Labor Relations Manager and has
successfully worked with several different unions, including the operating engineers, carpenters, pile

drivers, and labor unions.
